Hot yoga is universally recognised as an excellent way to sweat out toxins from your body while performing yoga stretches and postures. Practicing yoga in a heated room helps loosen the joints and improve the elasticity of the muscles, which allows for safer and deeper stretching. The heat will warm up your body which will increase your flexibility, this will allow you to practise with less risk to injury as you approach each posture. Emphasis on connecting movement to the breath helps reduce stress and improves mental well being.
We have a variety of classes suitable for all levels of experience and ability including hatha, yin, vinyasa and power yoga. We also offer private classes for individuals or for groups.
